The titles of my paintings always come into my mind on their completion.
I love this title as it describes the energy portrayed in the painting beautifully.
It is showing the essence of the energy around us, the energy that we feel and resonate with on a level we are not always conscious of.
Thoughts, sounds, emotions and movements of which we are not always aware.
It’s all going on, the energy surrounds us, engaging in our lives, then flows away in a constant cycle of every changing energies.
We are all a part of this energy, and if we remind ourselves to just stop and be still long enough we can sense it…. Why not try it!
