Frances visited the Carnac stone in Brittany, France, creating her painting in the shadow of the stones, she was inspired to write the following words to accompany it.
 
‘Joy’
Fill your heart with joy,
walk among us,
sense us, connect with us,
become one with us.
Your ancestors walk with you here
lost in time, energetically imprinted here,
use their knowledge and wisdom
in your lives now.
Don’t look back and judge,
the times gone by may have been simplistic
but core values were important to all.
Let your ego fall away now,
return to the time when existence was simple,
without pressure, without pain,
living, existing in tune with nature.
HAPPINESS IS HERE,
is within you at all times,
reconnect with this now
and share with all you meet.
